Customer Service Advisor

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries over the telephone, web chat or via email.
  • Making outbound calls to candidates to arrange interviews and assessments
  • Remotely supporting hiring managers
  • Updating systems as required
  • Keeping track of documentation relating to vetting and the general recruitment process

Suitable Skills:

  • Strong communicator – able to deal with customers verbally and via email effectively
  • Customer service – showing empathy, diligence and care when dealing with queries
  • Pro-active – ability to manage your own time whilst being aware of performance targets
  • IT Wiz – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), emailing, web chats
  • Team Player – Able to work well as part of a collaborative team
  • Think on your feet – There will always be things that will come up that will be new to you

We aren’t necessarily looking for a long list of experience but some understanding of what it takes to work in a contact centre would help. If you are motivated and willing to learn, we can show you the rest.
