Payroll Administrator

Role Overview: A unique joint venture between SSCL and Sopra Steria are looking for new payroll administrators to come and join them and their team.

If you have a keen eye for investigatory work and enjoy piecing the jigsaw together, can use your own initiative and have a love of numbers, this could be the right role for you!

We are looking for adaptable payroll administrators who have strong excel skills as well as an understanding of high volume processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Resolve queries, escalate as necessary
Identify and suggest areas of improvement.
Maintain and update information held
Support line management on any additional admin when required.
Liaise with internal/external clients.
Print/post data/reports/invoices daily.
Maintain records for audit purposes.

Essential Skills :        
                                         
Proficient Excel and Word skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident to liaise with 3rd parties
Articulate and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients  

Desirable Skills:
Oracle or E pay fact experience
Payroll experience working with high volume and specialist areas
